
At Fitness Squad UK we are dedicated to creating focused, professional and fun outdoor boot camp sessions which help you achieve your goals and feel great. The definition of Squad; a group of individuals with a common goal & a sense of solidarity which epitomises our sessions and our approach to training. We train every week in over 96 great park locations near you and with Fitness Squad UK membership you can come along to ANY of our sessions at any location.
Resistance from the wind means you often burn more calories than if you were training indoors, what is there not to love about that. After only a couple of sessions I realised that training with these guys was on a different level to what I had gotten used to. Training is tough but fun with a variety of difficulty to suit all levels of fitness.
The body weight and equipment based sessions are well planned out and I can honestly say I have never done the same circuit twice, there's always plenty of encouragement from Jacko (our coach) and all the other members.

To keep up with our increasing popularity we are always looking for new additions to the Fitness Squad team.

To apply you will be required to be, at minimum, a level 2 fitness instructor.
Military experience is preferred but not essential.
You must hold a minimum of a Level 2 Fitness Qualification and all though not essential, preferably be former military.
You will need to have great people skills and have a passion for Health, Fitness and helping people achieve their goals.

Personal Training and Small Group Training

Private, dedicated and personable training is available with one of our level 3 qualified Instructors, the benefits of this is the focus is on your goals and not the whole group.
The PT session will be varied but goal focused on what you want to achieve.
This is at your convenience and can take place at your house, at a park or any location beneficial for you.
Our Instructor will help you breakdown barriers, form new habitats and keep you focused.
We use a variety of equipment ranging from barbells, kettle bells, battle ropes and much more.

Carrying a bergen across different terrain at varying speeds is fun and challenging.
Putting on a bergen puts you into a great posture meaning you are working muscles that need working and is a great challenge for all levels of fitness.
Tabbing is a military term, walking at a fast pace with a weighted bergen (Rucksack).
In the British Army loaded marching is considered a core skill and is tested annually in an eight mile Combat Fitness Test carrying 15-25kg depending on the regiment.
