Healthy U Gym is an umbrella to Lifestyle Studios Education.
As a team using our skills and knowledge so we can work together to build an exciting educational venue for young people.
Working with local schools and other alternative provisions to offer young people a real chance to make a success of their education.
With a fully equipped gym and a hair and beauty salon we able to offer these young people a real experience in a working environment whilst learning the trade of the job.
Along side their work based learning education we offer functional skills math and english as well as PHSE which we feel is vital for all students to take part in.

Our Pilates Instructor and personal trainer here at Healthy U. Nicola has been part of HUG since we opened in 2015 and is very good at making your sessions fun and enjoyable.
Weather your looking to loose weight, tone, or even just improve your overall health and fitness, Nicola can plan your session around your goals and ability.
Before you first session, you will have a telephone consultation.
Health and PARQ forms will be sent and will need to be sent back before the first session.
Your first session will consist of a Health check and a general fitness test for Nicola to be able to plan your future sessions within your ability and to achieve your goals.
