It has grown into one of the best and most innovative weight training gyms in the south of England. With kit exclusively selected from around the world and supplements imported from the USA, we have not settled for anything but the best.
As a more "mature" lifter I have been through the doors of most of the gyms in the local area and I can honestly say it wasn't until I found Sups that I truly felt I could stop looking!
