Ellis is a 25 year old personal trainer based in Bristol, UK, who's mission is to help women evolve and grow through training, both physically and mentally.
Ellis specialises in weight training amongst women who want to change their aesthetics and get strong while eliminating common misconceptions with female weight training.
Having had a serious interest in fitness and weight training from a young age Ellis completed L2 and 3 courses in personal training before quitting her full time job as gym manager of a chain gym to become an owner of one of the south west's best training facilities.
