We believe that working out should never be boring: that trying new things, pushing yourself and surrounding yourself with positive people are essential to getting results.

Have only just started here, after moving from another local gym and it's safe to say I won't be going anywhere else from now on! The atmosphere is great, classes brutal but fun, staff friendly, plus tons of equipment, whether you're there for cardio or resistance training.

Hey, I'm Keren, also known as nell-para fitness.
I specialise in conditioning therefore you'll find me in classes such as Pad Power, HIIT and WOD.
I have a background in strength training and body composition work, taking several clients into bodybuilding competitions.
I am currently working on my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications and can't wait to get stuck in running classes and personal training.
I'm a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach, with a BSc Honours Degree in Sport & Exercise Science and over 10 years of real-world coaching experience.

At Gym Project we have a wide variety of classes designed to meet your every workout need, from cardio to weights through stretching and combat.
Our classes are aimed at any ability with all exercises easily adapted to meet your individual ability.
We limit class sizes so we can ensure you are looked after personally.
We change up the routine in all of our classes to make sure you're constantly challenged, and our instructors will adapt to the goals of the people in the class, so you'll feel like you've got a personal trainer!

All you need to do is reserve a spot with your Wodify app.
If you aren't a member of the gym and still want to come to a class, just call or message us and we can reserve you a drop-in space.

We welcome all abilities and levels of experience at Gym Project: our trainers are equipped to help you out with a hardcore workout if that's what you're looking for, or give you a gentle introduction to the gym if you're new or returning to fitness.
At Gym Project we are all about introducing you to new things and helping you find the exercise that makes you tick!
We understand that if you're unfamiliar with the gym environment it can be daunting, but our friendly trainers will make you feel at home.
