Our second site at Thamesmead School -giving even more fitness choices - allowing us to expand our group exercise timetable even more; plus an After School Timetable for Thamesmead children; weekly Activities for ALL local children (6-12 years) and a great Holiday Club (5-12 years).

We're not like other gyms as we're owned and run by qualified personal trainers who work hard as a team to deliver a fun, friendly and supportive environment in a relaxed atmosphere, where everyone is welcome.

We train hard and party harder - with themed nights out; cycling to Paris and Padstow; climbing Kilimanjaro and enjoying a mud bath through an army assault course.
