Sandown Sports
Sandown Sports is a friendly community no contract gym, personal training centre, fitness classes, squash courts, indoor cycling, ski slopes and much more in Esher, Surrey offering the full fitness experience. A relaxed, informal, and friendly atmosphere offering excellent gym and fitness facilities. Open 7 days a week at highly competitive rates.

Our fully licensed bar offers a range of cold and hot drinks, as well as a wide variety of fine wines and beers. We stock a range of food including sandwiches, pizzas and home made soup! Treetop adventure located on site is great fun for adults and children, and with two courses to choose from, you won't even notice the time flying by. The air-conditioned studio hosts an array of classes for members and non-members to attend.

The classes' range from tough circuit training, Boxercise, Kettlebells and Suspension Training to Yoga and Pilates.

Connor has an extensive background in strength and conditioning for sports.
He has worked in rugby, tennis and pole vault and is bringing all of his knowledge and experience to the team at Sandown.
Connor played rugby in Australia and has a bachelor's degree in sport and exercise science and masters degree in strength and conditioning together with a EXOS Performance Mentorship Programme in Carlsbad, California.
For a good all over body workout, look no further than Jonny.
He specializes in functional athletic workouts that will not only improve your health, but your day to day lifestyle as well.

We are a small independant club who prides itself on a relaxed, informal, and friendly atmosphere, whilst offering great facilities for you to enjoy.
We have a fully equipped air-conditioned gym containing a range of cardiovascular and resistance machines as well as a separate free weights room and our functional fitness studio.
Our group exercise programme offers classes ranging from yoga and pilates, through to Pump, Kettlebells and circuits.
We also house Esher's only dedicated indoor cycling studio, which is new and fully equipped.

Here at Sandown Sports Club in Esher we aim to get right behind every member and their fitness focus, whether it be weight loss, muscle building, fat burning, or just feeling better about your body and ultimately, yourself.
We offer various types of memberships to choose from, giving you the flexibility of paying yearly or monthly with no contract ties.
We also cater for junior's fitness and rehabilitation too, so no matter what your age or ability, we promise you a great experience.
Using their Wellness system, you are able to monitor your progress in and out of the gym, as well as help tailor your fitness programme to suit you.
Membership

Membership includes unlimited use of the gym and the squash courts, including access to the social leagues.
You will be able to attend all of the group exercise classes listed in our programme, and Sandown Cycle sessions.
Additionally, you can also attend all 'open practice' sessions on the ski slopes.
Membership includes access of the gym, squash, group exercise programme and Sandown Cycle until 4.30pm Monday to Friday (Vacating by 5pm).
You also have access all day at weekends.
Off peak memberships also include skiing during open-practice times.
Outdoor Gym

Exercise and workout in the fresh air with our new functional frames with climbing ropes, monkey bars, dip bars, weights and pulleys, tractor tyres, free weights, resistance points, fitness sledge and so much more.
Outdoor Personal Training can also be organised and can now incorporate a whole range of new exercises and techniques.
Different exercises such as rope climbing, sledging, tyre flipping are all invigorating and trying new exercises creates variety.
Outdoors is fun, at one with nature surrounded by our woods and in the company of others our outdoor fitness classes are proving to be a big success.
