We also run Community Mat classes at Chevening Church Hall in Chipstead, Sevenoaks. Patience and persistence are vital qualities in the ultimate successful accomplishment of any worthwhile endeavor.

Pilates has been part of my life for more than thirty years.
My passion became my life focus when I trained to teach others and pass on the benefits that I have experienced from this wonderful exercise method, .
I came to know and understand Pilates following a sports injury that caused pain and a locking down of my muscular system, resulting in stiffness and reduced mobility in my day-to-day life.
Seeking improvement, I was guided to Alexander Technique and that, in turn, led me to practicing Pilates.

We have five beautiful Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers in Studio 1, divided into individual cubicles creating personal spaces with transparent screens.
We teach a classical and Polestar Pilates repertoire, from introductory level, through to advanced dynamic classes to challenge the experienced practitioner.
Small groups ensure that each participant has the instructors attention during the session, with opportunities to ask questions and to offer feedback.

Studio Mat

We have a limited number of Studio mat Pilates classes on our timetable.
Studio 1 classes are limited to a maximum of five participants; and other mat classes to a maximum of 10 participants.
At The Studio, each reformer has a mat converter, enabling it to become a 'raised mat', providing an unsurpassed level of comfort and accessibility for a variety of exercise routines and combinations.
The reformers are adapted for power classes with planking bars, for dynamic bodyweight classes.
PLEASE NOTE: All reformer, studio and mat classes on the schedule have descriptions on the booking system.
