
Sanders Fitness is far from your average gym experience. We're an independent gym, set in a converted barn that's home to all the equipment and expertise you need to create meaningful workouts. We have a large courtyard area so you can train in the fresh air too. You can find us at the Gaudet Luce Golf and Leisure complex, feel free to pop in to meet our friendly team and have a look around.
All our classes are taken by Personal Trainer's so we can deliver expert coaching and motivation every single session. This also means that all classes are adaptable to suit different abilities and there's always a route to progress. If you're new to fitness attending classes will help you discover a range exercises, build your confidence and you'll meet other gym members too.
All of our highly qualified trainers will educate, motivate and drive you towards your set exercise and lifestyle goals. Support is on hand around the clock - not just when you're with your PT. SF PT's speak through meaningful exercise and lifestyle advice to deliver your desired end goal.
