We exist for one reason; to improve the health and fitness of the community. We are passionate about all things health, and love seeing what we offer help to transform the lives of our clients. We take pride in catering for people at every stage of their fitness journey, and can adapt both our programmes and our health guidance to suit a wide range of people.

To ensure results across the board, we take a holistic approach to programme design, including mobility, lifestyle, nutrition, strength and aerobic conditioning. Whilst all of these will be covered in overview during our classes, a more detailed, bespoke service is always available through personal training.
Services
The hardest part of starting a gym for many people is walking through the door for the first time.
Whether this is you, or whether you just want a look round and a chat before you try a class, we offer 15 minute, no sweat consultations, where you can ask all the questions you need to see if we can help you.
These slots are free, and there is no commitment!.
CrossFit has taken the world by storm in the last fifteen years.
Now the world's leading fitness programme, it achieves results no other programme can, in a fun community atmosphere, and it works for anyone!
Unlike the many programmes you may have encountered where there is no option for the newcomer, or less developed athlete, we boast the opposite.
With clients from 16-73, from all walks of life, and all shapes and sizes, we pride ourselves on being able to adapt every class to benefit everyone on it!
We meet every Tuesday at 7pm, for an hour, with additional sessions already in the pipeline!
These sessions will be a mix of skill and tuition, combined with accumulating reps with weight.
Whether you have never lifted a barbell in your life, or are a seasoned lifter, this club will have something to offer you!
Each lifter will be allowed to progress at their own pace, and will be taught drills and assigned loads accordingly.
As an affiliated British Weightlifting Club, we can coach lifters towards, and during, official competitions.
It might be that you want what our classes offer; improved health and fitness, but you prefer to target it in a one to one session, where you can benefit from individualised coaching, and an approach tailored to suit you.
This could be as an individual, or as a pair.
Your options don't stop at general health and fitness.
Our trainers can help you work towards specific goals across a wide range of disciplines, and will write and deliver the programme you need to achieve them!
Our trainer will be led by your goals, writing the programme to suit, and will look to develop individual areas that require attention, whilst keeping you on track and providing valuable feedback.
We pride ourselves on being an affiliated CrossFit gym, operating as CrossFit GTF.
We boast a Certified CrossFit Trainer (CF-L3), a rare and advanced qualification.
CrossFit, a methodology concerned with functional health and fitness accessible to all, espouses values and an approach by which we operate, and we continue to deliver CrossFit training as they pioneer best practises and coaching in the world of fitness.
As an aspect which forms a central tenet in the CrossFit methodology, but also as a valuable training tool and sport in its own right, weightlifting is one of the most rewarding sports on the planet.
