Tanya is a British Weightlifting Level 2 coach, competes around the country and is trained by Commonwealth Gold medallist Michaela Breeze.
She is an experienced instructor with a calm a nurturing manner.
Tanya balances out her weightlifting training with gymnastic strength and flexibility training, all of which have become the foundation of the wider programming at Achieve Gym giving the members a variety of classes which all complement each other.
