Our Knowledge & expertise will guide you to the right training schedule for you and your results. From fitness classes to group and 1-1 Personal Training, along with Taunton's 1st open-air gym we have something to suit you in our awesome location at French Weir, Taunton. We will not make you do exercises you feel uncomfortable to do, or cause you any discomfort.

Our vision at Applebees Fitness is to create an affordable friendly fitness community to improve your health and well being, making exercise something you actually look forward too!
Ben and his team has a fun, inspirational approach and the variety they bring to your training will keep it fresh.
We are a team of five personal trainers - Ben, Harriet, Tanya, Tom and Pete as well as Sarah our customer support.
The final member of our team is Lucy (currently on Mat leave, sessions are being covered by Jenny), our yoga instructor and Minnie our Pilates instructor.
1:1 Personal Training

We will first talk with you to get to know you, get an understanding of your current health and fitness goals.
Whether you're looking to improve your health with some fat loss and toning, reduce pain and injury or hitting your next sport specific PB, we will discuss the most appropriate package for you with our free initial consultation.
You will receive 1-1 training and a tailored training plan that will challenge and develop you in-line with your progressions.
Not only that, you will receive mindset tools and diet guidance to keep you on track.
Group Personal Training

Increase your strength and fitness in your lower body, upper body and core strength and maintain our 100% record with guaranteed improvements from previous clients over the 8 weeks course.
Before the course- you will get full access to your very own app where you can log and store your measurements, diet and training plans.
You will also receive a checklist and useful information on mindset, diet and training to get you on track from day 1.
You will also receive training plans given to you by your personal trainer that you can access in your app that you can do outside your session.
Online Personal Training

If you prefer training in the comfort of your own home, our virtual Personal Training packages will be for you!
Personal training sessions will now be available with the same level of attention, detail and support for just 175.
We will provide you with the necessary information with your diet, training, mindset and mobility.
You will receive focused training plans to keep you active and on target outside your PT sessions.
These are all so easy to follow with clear video demonstrations and accessed through our very own app.

To claim your free classes simply login or register below.
The free trial membership should automatically be added.

You are then ready to book your classes!
This package begins on the date of the first class you book.
It can be used a maximum of five times and must be used within two weeks, you can book each class type once.
